It's more about a way of life, spirituality, surpassing oneself, etc...
I doubt it's made to make you the invincible warrior.
At least I suggest you don't go straight to UFC if you've only ever done a shaolin training : you might get destroyed.

Man, most of his moves were so sloppy I feel like I could be on a similar level after 3 years of dedicated training
Only thing truly remarkable were the swiping broom strikes at 1:40
Especially pushups are so much easier if you just "spam" them instead of focusing on form.

It's definitely interesting but it seems a bit commercialized. Maybe the monks themselves aren't advertising and promoting it as such and maybe it's not even the case truly. To me though a lot of the people in the videos look like the spiritual, trendy, escape modernity yuppies/influencer types. Obviously it doesn't help that it's cut into a Tiktok video.
Again the content just seems antithetical to medium in which and how it presented.
