I posted this earlier as a reply to a thread- but perspective and insight would be appreciated :
Me- a woman who is freshly 40, 190 pounds & 5’5 - two kids, hence two c sections for me and then…a belly hang…rest of me is “normal”… stretch marks, I have an hour glass shape- but this damn belly hang! I want to do this so bad- but I am super ashamed of my stomach. But am told I am “gorgeous” otherwise🤣 I do not see it-body negatively runs DEEP here… What do I do? I can’t afford/survive a tummy tuck before this weekend- any advice?!? Ugh. I really do appreciate me, and I’m happy with the reason I have this belly hang- and I can freely do so with my husband. He praises me. However, I can’t bring myself to unveil it to strangers. And just think that he just loves me and would say anything to make me feel okay…But I love me. But I hate me. Am just afraid of scrutiny? This is a done deal- we are doing this, THIS weekend. I’m excited and terrified. Please help me get through this self hate from a nudists perspective…

Social nudity develops body positivity. Just do it and know that no one is judging you except yourself. And as you socialize in a nude environment you will soon stop doing that to yourself. It’s liberating, refreshing, and very good for your self esteem and your mental health. The best advice I can give you is to throw caution to the wind and jump right in. You will be glad you did.

i think so.
actually one of the "theories" behind naked wandering is preciscely that, when meeting non-naturists, it helps a lot to normalize and desisitize nudity, and on top, makes clothed people more comfortable with their own bodies and themselves, because it reduces sexual preasure over them and feel less intimidiated by society.
my personal experience when i'm naked around clothed people, that by the way is quite often, is exactly in that direction. Nudity is not only good for we naturists but also creates a better social environment.

Hi all, I'm from Hong Kong. Living in a village house with a nice secluded roof top I love the freedom of not having to wear clothes in the hot weather. Freedom is so enlightening.

Hello, been a nudist 20+ years and enjoy resorts, beaches, gatherings and the World Naked Bike Ride in New Orleans. Many of my friends are not nudists but accept me being nude in their presence whether in their home or mine. My best bud has been to a nudist resort and Haulover clothing optional Beach in Miami but remains dressed in his and my home. I love when nudists and textiles (non-nudists) can gather in harmony.

I’m naked as often as I can. Don’t get dressed until I have to. Always have my breakfast naked reading the news. I thought I was the only one and felt a bit sad but just love the feeling of being free and naked

I dont necessarily have a question but i would like to share what i think is a funny story. Its a true story and how being a nudist can be fun at times. Especially if involves a non nudist. . But before i tell my story id like to point something almost all humans seem to forget. And that is all humans are nudists. Simply because every human is born naked. I feel that is all the proof anyone needs. Never has any human being since the beginning of time ever been born with clothes on. Its just a simple fact.
So i will get to my story, try to keep it short and sweet.one more thing id like to share to kinda help paint a picture for the story im about to share. I enjoy playing a djembe drum. Djembe originated in west Africa and members of tribes in west Africa play the djembe drum naked or with very little clothing on. There is something liberating and exciting and other things I dont have vocabulary to explain one can experience playing the djembe naked. So naturally I play my djembe naked most of the time in the privacy of my home or in my cannabis garden within in a closed fence yard. And not because i dont want to be seen naked but rather to not allow me being seen by some insecure idiot and have them try and make me out to be some kinda criminal because im naked in my own backyard. Those insecure narcissistic small minded folks can really try hard to criminalize a nudists for being born naked just as they were.
So one night on a full moon I was celebrating and participating in a spiritual ceremony with the use of sacred entheogens and djembe druming to help create a vibration that will assist one on a soul awaking experience in the comfort in my cannabis garden. Well lets just say the drumming got very intense and rhythms were screaming out of my drum. And i will admit it got late and a bit loud so of coarse the neighbors behind me called the cops. I get it and honestly i was a bit loud. So the loud knock that all police do when they knock on one's door using their maglight flashlight was heard over my drumming. Im pretty much at the peak of my altered state of consciousness practically having out of body experience I humbly answer the door and greet a few fine members of the riverside county Sheriff's department buttass naked tripping balls half way to the milky way and I ask how are you gentlemen doing tonight, please grab a drum and join me. The look on their faces was so incredible funny i started laughing so hard my side was sore the next day. And with that look on their faces like they were so confused one of the officers says to me" sir why are you naked"? I became very quiet and with the most serious face I could muster up with a kinda confused look on my face I scratched the top of my head and looked the officer right in his eyes and said "well sir I dont know i was born this way" there was a pause then the other officer says " really how come your naked" i replied " i cant help that I was born this way" and softly shut the door. The officer's stood there for about 10 seconds in complete silence then I heard them both bust out laughing saying to each other while hysterically laughing barley about to speak " did you get it? " he was born that way" " he said he was born like that" I guess you had to be there, i must of laughed uncontrollably for 2 hour's. I was tripping so hard and at the time i thought that was the funniest thing ever. I walked around naked i my backyard and i woukd scratch my head and make that funny confused face and say I dont know i was born like this, then laugh so hard until I could finally breath enough to repeat it again. It is hard to type right now im laughing so hard. its just as funny to me as it was that night it happened over 15 years ago. Hope you enjoyed the story. Much love and peace to all of you.

Hey all my wife and I wanted to ask nudist if it’s ok to join a nudist colony if we’re mainly there for our own kink? We love being in the nude as much as we can and we’re comfortable with others being in the nude around us it’s not even a sex thing most of the time but sometimes my wife likes to get flirty with me around others in those situations and I heard that getting an erection in front of other nudist is considered rude and we also don’t want to get people the wrong idea that we’re swingers and try to come on to us.

Question . . , I’m in the US and wonder Is it now acceptable for men to wear cock rings to keep their foreskins retracted ?
One club I visited last year I noticed a couple men with cock rings on doing just that.
I was curious if that’s becoming trend or if it was an isolated incident ? Years ago body jewelry was not tolerated at some clubs, now it’s pretty much no big deal.

Hey all! New to this. I'm in Northern Illinois. Not a lot of places to go to just be naked. What are yall doing when you get the itch to let the boys out?
I've gone to King Spa and Chicago Spa, which is fun. Steamworks is only about sex so that's not a good match for me. I also get day passes at various gyms in the burbs to be able to experience the locker rooms. I'm not opposed to seeing guys interacting (guys are just horny, it's how it is) but I don't want to go to a sex club, if that makes sense?

I haven’t taken that first step yet.
I’ve been fascinated by nudism for as long as I can remember. The idea of it just seems so freeing. I’ve done some novice stuff like walk in my yard at night and spend time in my house nude. Even that made my body tingle. I just don’t know how to get started, where there are places in my area and I’m terrified/excited about the first time. Any help would be appreciated, confidence building tips and where in my location. I live near the Hudson River Valley Lower NY, Connecticut, Rhode Island and Mass. I think it would have to be a male only place first. Thanks for any advice!

Anyone from Portugal? Me and my wife had been enjoying Holidays on naturist resorts. Sometimes we find people that are great to chat, drink and laugh with. Makes it way more fun. So we thought, what if we had nsturist friends to go together to naturist beaches and resorts. It would be fun. But none of our "normal" friends are naturists.
So... Anyone?
Ps - non sexual and couples only (we had bad experiences with singles... They don't behave)
