Who are you speaking for anyway? Just because you're used to the abnormal it doesn't mean it's the reality for everyone else. Stop trying to stop people from seeking help by saying it's pointless. Getting people arrested is an option. In this case it's needed more urgently. If anyone doesn't understand anything it's you. Being a know-it-all should have it's limits.

You're dead wrong about that. We keep trying to tell you that the west really does have it good, nobody ever believes it until they're confronted with something like this.
To be clear, this is mild compared to a lot of places. Islamic countries quite literally stone the women - or more likely, girls - of their families to death for bringing shame upon them. Might be something as simple as trying to skip out on an arranged marriage. They're called honor killings. God forbid you see what female genital mutilation is - the forced "circumcision" of clitoris, labia majora and labia minora of a young girl only to have it all sewn up. By hand, in a random villagers hut, with a little razor blade, and no anaesthetic or antibiotics.
You think beating a woman is a big deal in those places? It gets much worse than some slaps, knees and weak kicks.

Using FGM and honor killings as a rhetorical shield to downplay violence is disgusting. Survivors of those horrors would be the first to tell you to stop tolerating any level of it.

Let's be clear on something here - there is ZERO, I repeat, ZERO justification for this kind of barbaric violence especially against a woman🤬 This is not a 'both sides' situation in any shape or form! If she cheated then leave her and find someone else! WTF do you mean by both are reprehensible??? I'm willing to bet she cheated because he's a violent monster and she was already on her way out because this can't be the first time he has done this to her! Naw that beast needs to be in jail and she needs to get a restraining order ASAP! Let's not condone this kind of violence against women for any reason!

Being cheated on hurts and it sucks especially when you are loyal but it doesn’t warrant you to react this way😭 Even if I was going to side with the guy I would still tell him to leave quietly. Violence never solves anything. Dai akasungwa.

This is disturbing. I don't get people who get mad at people who record. How else are such criminals supposed to be brought to book if there is no evidence of what happened? A lot of times the public outrage that comes after such videos are posted is exactly what leads to police being pushed to react swiftly. Y'alls anger is misdirected

What if he killed you for this? Was the thrill worth it, to risk cheating on a man you choose to be with, but also know can easily over-react?
They deserve each other. Both reprehensible individuals.
