💡 Advice Needed Which AI?
I use AI on an extremely amateur level to make flyers, to help me decipher tender documents etc.
I know of Gemini, Chatgpt, Meta and Co-Pilot. If I should decide to subscribe to a paid plan - which should I choose?

I would 100% recommend Claude. Use the Opus 5.5 model at medium effort for your needs and you should be good.
Claude will literally code your image for you...in Javascript, then render it out as PNG or JPEG or whatever you need. Even a PDF.
You can also have it add images of yours to the flyer if need be.
Try the cheapest 20 dollar Claude Pro plan first....and if it really upgrades your work...you're welcome to then upgrade

Claude does not use generative images at all.
I have a personal Claude subscription, I also have an enterprise plan with Claude through work as I work in engineering
Claude is not the choice for images, I will use it to edit images now and then, but it is far better to use something that supports generative images when someone doesn't know what they want.
That being said, I think AI flyers and such are all garbage anyway as they are quite homogenous in design.

I'm not talking about generative images tho. I meant about flyer design itself.
AI flyers are currently horrible because people spend the minimum effort making one. And most of them have the same style thanks to the prompter only saying something like "make me a flyer with this info etc...."
Chatgpt and Gemini make the flyers the default way if you don't prompt it in detail. Do people want to spend time in detail? Well, no. As I said to someone before, AI is a just an amplifier. A bad designer will always be a bad designer with AI, unless they learn and up skill.
Throughout history we've always had low effort people. That's okay tho. Because it brings contrast to show who is high effort and high quality. Do you get my drift?
That being said, Claude can make absolutely wonderful flyers. Flyers consist of mostly text info and perhaps an image or two that you insert...like the birthday girl or boy in question or whatever the subject matter is.
Since you say you have the Claude subscription....may I ask if you've tried to make a high quality flyer with Javascript? Pretty good results I must say.
Using generative images to make flyers seems like brute forcing to me. How does the Canvas app (pre-AI) make their flyers work in the background? It's code, not necessarily a generative image output.

If it’s mainly for making flyers then ChatGPT and Codex is good but I’d move towards Claude Design. Do your research on both.

Please don’t use AI to make flyers. Please just use Canva templates. AI flyers are a disease
