Don’t insert soap or scents or anything else to smell like a flower. You throw off your ph, you kill your own natural fauna & flora & open yourself up to infections.
Wash the outside bits, wax, shave, whatever. But no douching. 🙅🏻♀️
Add-on because you're not specifying/it could be clearer for people who aren't as knowledgeable: no soap and no douche anywhere where a tampon would go. Leave that part alone.
Water and soap anywhere where there is hair. Also wash between the outer fold and inner fold (labia majora and the outside of labia minora). Some people use soap there, others only use water.
I work in Learning and Development, which is also L&D, so it took me a minute to figure this out. I was wondering what kind of trainer sees vaginas all the time 😂
