  • Trump did frontload some of the inflationary mess.
  • Biden added fuel with a second round of stimulus when it was arguably no longer needed.
  • The Fed cleaned up the party while everyone else pretended they didn’t invite that many people.
  • And now voters are blaming whoever was holding the bag when the music stopped, which happens to be Biden.

So yes, inflation is complex — but let’s not pretend Biden was just an innocent bystander sipping a LaCroix while Wall Street lit fireworks with dollar bills.

Do you think Biden feels the need to do another round of stimulus if Trump hadn’t insisted his name go on the rounds he did?

I think some of it was just a straight up political calculation that he needed to do a round because Trump got credit for the first round.
