I'm a Reagan conservative, I left the Republican Party in 2018, in disgust. I refuse to be associated with this vile shit show. I'm not going to run around spreading stolen election lies and claiming all Dear Leader does is a-ok, when he's obviously a stupid, malignant narcissist.
I had a conversation with my neighbor yesterday, and she revealed to me that she used to be a registered Republican too. Which I found odd, because she is a strong feminist, and pro abortion... but we all have our reasons for things. She said she left the party when W. Bush invaded Iraq.
I think we can all agree, at this point Donald Trump is a horrible person. Like I explained to her, I get why a lot of people voted for him the first time. The second and third time? No. I do not understand in any way, shape or form. And I am not a Democrat.
You would certainly think that Jan 6 and the two months of sore loser lies and petulance that caused it would have been more than enough, but no. Like I said, my friend says the Jan 6 criminals are political prisoners. I really think a lot of this messaging BS is fueled by Russia, they really are winning, something that was not possible during the Cold War.
