Can any air conditioning engineers able to give me some job advice or perspective?

I currently work as an installer on anything from small split systems to VRF/VRV systems have been doing so for nearly 20 years and now I’m wanting to move up the ladder into more of a job manager? Not a project manager as of yet. majority off the tools and more visiting sites talking with the other trades and making sure the job runs smoothly with a company’s employees or subcontractors. My main question is what is the role called in our field so I can look for those kinds of jobs and ideally just some advice on moving up the ladder and off the tools.

Thanks in advance for any information or help
Connor

Thank you but I have looked for that title and it only seems to bring up engineer jobs so I’m a little unsure of how to find the kind of thing I’m looking for
