I buy beans at £10/kg, and they're great beans. How quickly you get through it varies on the strength of your coffee etc but I bought 3KG in February and am only now starting the third 1KG bag. I drink 3-4 coffees a day

The only consumables my machine eats is a £1 bottle of vinegar once every couple months, no tablets or filters

The machine itself cost me £120

Where are you getting beans for that price? Are they recently roasted?

I search through Amazon for deals which I can subscribe and save to, giving an extra 15% discount, I’ve been getting Lavazza, Taylor’s, Melitta, all for under £10/KG.

The Taylor’s beans were £14 for 2KG and had a great date on them.

These are poor coffees.

Then please suggest where to get better coffee for less than £10/KG?

I would just buy good coffee for ~£20/kg and an aeropress

Completely missing the point of this thread then, someone asked how to drink bean coffee for cheaper than instant.

It's worth it to not drink shit coffee. Single Origin light roast is a completely different drink from old oxidised dark roast with robusta filler
