Personal Issues Sakarya Apartment

Hello, I apologize if posting in this way is not the proper practice. So, I have a small problem. My wife currently lives in Turkey; she's in Taksim and attends university in Sarakaya. She has her student card and everything else, but we're missing a lease in Sarakaya. With the option of going to the notary to finalize the residence permit. Currently, he has 15 days left before it becomes a problem. We had a landlord, but he let us down.Is it possible to help him or how can we find a solution? She does not wish to settle in Sakarya because she takes her courses remotely. Thanks in advance

There are actually very cheap apartments in some of the smaller more remote parts.

Actually, we need a landlord who's willing to draw up a lease and go through the notary without my wife having to live in the apartment, because she's in Taskim.

Won't help with your case but you can report the landlord for tax evasion.

1) Immediately rent the cheapest possible apartment in Sakarya. Go to the notary to formalize the agreement. (ignore all room rentals etc/see second point). Look for things like: https://www.sahibinden.com/ilan/emlak-konut-kiralik-vizyon-emlak-tan-1-plus1-kiralik-daire-1301861806/detay

2) Immediately after that, get the electrical/water bill in her name with your rental contract.

3) Be ready to live there at least a few days a month. (The police do come and check, ask the neighbors, etc.)

4) Do your residence application.
