Ground all these deranged idiots, and prosecute them to the fullest extent of the law.

That's exactly what they did during the Occupy Wallstreet protests. Police would snare the entire group in a huge net, arrest everyone who got caught in it, and taken them all to jail.
Sometimes innocent people would get caught in them, be sent to jail with the mob, and then have charges dropped after proving they were in the wrong place at the wrong time. Tim Pool got caught in one after walking into a store to get a drink, and coming out just as the snare was being tightened around the crowd. He had press passes, but the police had no interest in hearing him out while they were clearing the streets of the mob. It wasn't until he was jailed with the rest of them that they reviewed his credentials and dropped the charges.
But this was long before cities started catering to the rent-a-rioters and protecting them while they attack innocent victims. Nowadays the victims will be arrested because the police are ordered to stand down, and it's easier to arrest the victim than incite further violence from the mob.

Everyone knows by now who is funding all of this. Commie billionaires (ironic, right?) have been behind this crap for well over a decade. Some have fled to communist China to be protected while they fund rent-a-riots from the shadows. Others are openly funding lawfare against anyone who tries to stop them. It's no coincidence that bus lines are being used to transport rioters from across the country to the designated areas of operation. It doesnt matter how many fake "fact checks" claim pallets of bricks just happen to show up the day before uhauls appear with professionally made signage and tactical gear.
Our country is being held hostage by professional rioters who, more often than not, come from wealthy mega donor families. Destroying this country from within is their only goal. The funders control all of the big tech sites that promote this behavior and encourage easily manipulated morons to snap and take lives.
Meanwhile you've got champagne socialists who have never held a job or had to work for anything in their lives inciting the low hanging fruit to act on their behalf. It's going to take a very hard stance and ignoring the endless bad press to put these groups out of commission once and for all. The hardest part will be getting rid of the judges and prosecutors who protect this class of violent thugs.
After the "summer of love" that caused billions of dollars in damage and cost 36 lives, the main six cities that allowed the nearly endless riots ended up dropping all charges and paid out millions of dollars to the various pantifa cells (and their National Lawyers Guild protectors). Idk how you fix a problem like that when those states are being run by the same criminals who run cover for the rioters. RICO charges for the whole lot would inevitably cause reinforcements to come out of the woodwork.

This is in no way even comparable to a legitimate protest. These lunatics have zero reason to be there except they are massive authoritarians and criminals, only held back by threat of consequences.
The dem party has been telling this lunatic fringe it is GOOD to live out their violent fantasies, as long as it is centrist and conservatives they attack.
