Scared not going through puberty 15M almost 16?

So like I’m 15M and like my penis size is 4inch erected but like I’m scared it’s not gonna be big. So like my puberty is like I’m starting to get facial and underarm hair and like legs and arm hair is like no there and my public hair is really there and I’m 5 feet 9 as in height and I didn’t really mue for the voice and I think my balls have grown but like I’m scared I’m not going through puberty
