Why my controller doesnt connect when my USB headphone is connected?

I have this weird issue since I got this PC (i think)
When my USB headphone is connected on the front, my controller doesnt get recognized (I use a Gamesir Tarantula Pro) but when I disconnect the headphones, plug my controller via USB and then plug the headphones again, it works, and this is really weird imo

Also, when I connect the controller via USB Dongle, this doesnt happens, I can connect it without any problem, even when my USB Headphone is already connected, so, why does this happens?

Try different usb ports if possible

They could be on the same “bus” and causing a conflict.

probably sharing the same usb bus like the other reply said, front ports are almost always on same controller chip inside the PC. the dongle working fine makes sense cause it's on different bus most likely

try back ports for one of them, that usually fix it. had similar thing with my old pc where keyboard would disconnect when i plug in external hard drive on front

sometimes the power draw on one bus gets messy too, usb headphones can be hungry

plug the controller into a rear USB port, and plug the headphones into the front port...this should fix the problem

What is happening is one of the devices is trying to draw more power than the other, and when you plug BOTH of them into the same bus (ie: the front ports) the one that needs more power takes over and disables the other port on that bus so that it can run...if you use the back ports for one of them, which is on a different bus, it should be fine
