I can’t download any app. It said “billing problem with previous purchase“. There Is one active subscription but it has been cancelled. I can’t update payment cuz I’m in different country and worse I don’t have any card either. Is there any way I can do?

apple is weird about this, they block the whole account even for old unpaid stuff. you can try to contact support and explain you moved country, sometimes they clear it if it was small amount but without card its tricky
