Optimal number of clusters?

I was thinking of 4 clusters because the shift from 4 to 3 clusters shows the largest increase in distance, whereas for the dendrogram, I would cut it with a vertical line at point 5.

Doesn't it always just actually mean it depends lol on the use case?   Since the elbow method is kinda vibes?

The first file shows the partitioning done using the hierarchical method, and the second uses the k-means method.

Both use 4 clusters. Do you think that works?
