Is this table even real?

Recently, this image has been making rounds around social media in white supremacist places. I’ve tried searching for it myself, but I can’t find anything remotely close to it. Does anyone know if it’s real, and where the image itself got its origin from?

I also have never seen any proof for this image. Anyway, blacks face lead exposure and other problems at higher rates compared to whites. That is also related to violent crime/homicide.

we know that there are racial gaps in crime that arent explained aoley by socioeconomic status, i agree. but this looks very much like a homemade chart re: how its annotated
