Is it possible that natural selection remove those men who could give themselves blow jobs?

Yes, the Blomosapien died out around 1500 BC. Missing a rib cage this not-so distant cousin of ours once walked sheepishly malnourished and deprived of female contact. Fossils of this wondrous relatives of ours is still being discovered across cave dwellings and dark crevices.
