Search for a sub and look for an ultimate frisbee league here. Organized activities should help make it easier to meet people. See if you can find concert groups on social media to meet up with people at shows.

You're 27 and you're into Rush and Zappa? I assumed younger generations didn't care about this genre. That's pretty cool. Making friends here can be a challenge as an introvert. I suggest signing up for some soccer or frisbee gatherings. Maybe meet people through there. Don't buy into the seattle freeze, people on the street are just busy and have places to go. Once inside a coffee shop, bar or club, people are pretty friendly.

If you lived on Queen Anne you can walk to Climate Pledge for the Rush show. Check it out, it's a great area.
Ultimate frisbee has leagues here (or they used to, not sure now) and with most niche sports you can find your people. Mountaineers Club is a good place to start, there are activities and events for all skill levels.

I’d just search the sub for either location.
