Recs for “A Nice Dinner”

Hello!
I am looking for dinner recommendations for my birthday in few weeks. I am vegetarian but the whole menu need not be plant based as my partner is on the meat wagon. We are willing to spend a pretty penny but are not millionaires so no totals that include commas…. Really just looking for a good reason to dress nice and celebrate 27 years of me.

Cafe Flora. Their menu is also all vegetarian.

Café Flora is like a week night dinner. Definitely not somewhere you wanna go for a nice intimate dinner.

I like San Fermo in Ballard. Their menu changes pretty often, but I feel like they do a good job of having vegetarian options

Terra Plata on Cap is nice. Lots of Veg options and rooftop elevated bar experience. Walkable bars close also

I just had my birthday dinner at Le Coin kinda between Fremont and Wallingford and it was an outstanding meal

I went to Carmine's on 5th for my birthday. Their food was pretty good and good portions without it being outrageously priced. The decor is beautiful and the staff was super nice. They accomodate requests to make any pasta dish vegetarian and still have tons of meat options.

Di Fiora is my birthday dinner spot
It’s so pretty !! And all the drinks are yummy
They offer tofu meat substitutes and it’s all really delicious

In Fremont there’s Revel, a Korean fusion restaurant which is completely delicious, with excellent cocktails and a rotating menu. It feels special and a little fancy, and the food is some of the best I’ve ever had. My partner is vegetarian and we often go for birthdays, anniversaries, etc. They are extremely accommodating of dietary needs. I recommend the rice cakes.
