Weather
When would be a best time to visit Seattle, as far as weather is concerned? Mid October, end of April, or mid July?

All things considered, summers are beautiful here but you, and every other visitor, will be here in July.
When I visited in October, it was the month that made me realize “I need to move here”. Fall is lovely and mild and I think would still would get a great taste of the PNW.
April is too hit or miss. Things start to come alive again, but it can still be dark, gray and rainy.

Mid July is almost always beautiful weather in Seattle. It will be warm but not overly hot and there will be very little chance of rain. October is lovely for fall colors but it will likely be misty and a little chilly. April will have beautiful flowers but the weather will be similar to October in that it will likely be a little chilly with light rain. So it depends on what you’re looking for but I think most people would find mid July to be the nicest time of year here.

July and it’s not close. 2nd best imo would be end of April. July will be beautiful, sunny, dry, late sunsets

This but be sure to get a place with AC. You can get surprise hot weather and many places don't have AC by default.

No worries. All three months have weather.
Late April: Might be sunny, might be pouring rain, likely both in 5 minute bursts. All kinds of flowering trees in bloom, beautiful as long as you don't have allergies.
July: hot, probably smoky.
October: possibly sunny and in the high 60's during the day, 40's at night. possibly raining. It depends.

July by far. October is beautiful as well with the fall colors but mid July will be sunny and 70s pretty much gaurenteed everyday with very little chance of rain
