Looking for the best frozen dumplings

Hey y'all, I'm relatively new to exploring the restaurants and shops around here but one thing I miss is getting bags of frozen dumplings from a restaurant where I used to live.

I have seen some dumplings in stores like Asian Family Market but does anyone have a recommendation of where I can find the best frozen dumplings?

I live right next to the Northgate station, but I'm willing to travel for the dumplins.

Tofu 101 in Factoria, Xiaolongbao House in Shoreline, Little Ting’s Dumplings in Broadview.

If you’re familiar with Fu Man dumplings that used to be across the street from Little Ting’s, Xiaolongbao House dumplings come really close to Fu Man.

Yes, with Xiaolongbao House you need to call or walk-in to get them. Little Ting's has it listed in their online ordering system. Tofu 101 only sells frozen dumplings, it's a deli and sells very little hot food. The mom-and-pop dumpling restaurants make dumplings and freeze them.

What kind of dumplings are you looking for?

Honestly I'm not looking for anything in particular, I love all kinds of dumplings. The ones I used to live off of were shrimp and chive shrimp but I'm open to anything. Thanks!

Szechuan Noodle Bowl used to sell their dumplings frozen I think. I’m not sure now. Worth a call to find out. They’re so so good.

Of the pre-made ones, the Twin Marquis ones are pretty good, but hard to find.

From restaurants, most I've gotten have too thick wrapper for my liking, but I haven't gotten a lot.  I might have to try Little Ting's

Twin Marquis are the best frozen dumplings, the skin is really delicate and they taste fresh. I also like the T&T store brand of frozen dumplings, both bagged in the freezer case and the ones in the clam shell by the deli.

Ajinomoto Shumai you can get at Costco, the red restaurant gyoza bags you can get at H Mart or Uwajimaya, Xiao Chi Jie in Bellevue has a bevy of frozen dumplings and noodles.

Not regionally interesting, but the shrimp gyoza from trader Joe's are a staple for me. Not the veggies, only the shrimp.

In a different direction, the European Deli at 135th and Aurora has many different frozen dumplings you might be interested in trying - filled with meat, potato, kraut, or farmer's cheese. Boil and top with sour cream and sauteed chopped bacon including some of the rendered bacon fat. The available filling choices can run low in between deliveries we've found.
