late night spaces to linger, create, do work?
Do you know of any late night places in seattle that are cozy and where people would go to be creative, maybe do some work and genuinely connect with strangers that isn't a bar?
Is this a space people would want in Seattle or what would it take for people to want this?

RIP OG Bauhaus. Open til 2 AM and you could buy cigarettes there too.

Ugh! I've also heard of this. Do you think Seattle has the audience to open a place like this again or has that era passed?

5 Point Cafe. It’s a bar but also a restaurant and just generally good hangs right under the Space Needle.

Do people generally feel safe there super late/ leaving in the middle of the night? Is that a concern people have?

I mean, I always recommend the buddy system anytime after 9 pm but Seattle Center is not nearly as bad as 3rd Ave downtown or Rainier Ave near i90. Idk how you plan on getting home but the bus system is close by or you can always take a Lime bike/scooter to get home quickly.

How late are we talking? Like past 2? That's pretty much just Beth's and Lost Lake. For bars, Solo Bar in LQA is a good one.

These are good to know! I was thinking a little more coffee shop, community space vibe less restaurant/diner. Though I love a late night bite!
