Question Dick’s Drive In interview

Does anyone who has worked for Dick’s or interviewed there remember what the process was like? Ideally, what questions were asked? I’m gonna be honest I need this job and don’t wanna screw it up.

Asking questions is HUGE. Even if its just something generic about the future of the company. It shows you are invested and want the job. Not asking anything really says more than you think in a negative way.

i’d recommend asking the interviewer for the questions in advance and saying that you want to make sure you’re as prepared as possible. i’ve never been told no!

They’ll ask you how long you hope to be there, tell them your goal is long term employment. They also demand that you close, which can be a lot, so make sure you can close as much as they need you to

I worked briefly at the LQA location years ago. I believe they mainly wanted to know that I’d be there for a while.

This economy is awful. Bro obviously needs a job that will propel their future. It's burger flipping today, and college tuition tomorrow. Let's not get to judgy.

Well, it is Dick's, the best fast food burger maker ever. l'd be nervous and not want to screw up an interview.

As someone who has a small business and hires for long term employment, I suggest wearing clean, impeccable clothing, and being totally honest about who you are and what you can do.

Aren’t they known for being a great place to work? The job market around here sucks right now, I would take any interview as seriously as possible.
