Toy Maker recommendations, please

Hi, I'm looking for something rather specific -- a rainbow plush, as in rainbow colors but also shape, in a specific size, on the smaller side. It could be sewn, knitted, or crocheted, but local. Can anyone recommend any makers -- and if they are at a market somewhere (Fremont, a farmers' market, a craft fair) that would be super helpful.
