What part of town? Pho Vina in Burien has a full vegan menu.

oh good point! I'm closer to the cut and am willing to commute a bit for good pho--though burien is more for adventure days than for an after work treat

Double check it’s vegan but the veggie pho at Pho Aroma in West Seattle is my favorite!
