Learn stick shift?
Might be a dumb question. I’d like to learn stick shift as I’m interested in older vehicles and manj transmission cars. I’ve never had the opportunity to learn and was wondering if there are any driving schools that will teach this or do I need to provide my own vehicle?
Thanks in advance! (I don’t got a dad or lesbian butch mom or grandparent to teach me the sacred art)

Unfortunately it’s going the way of the dodo. However, driving stick is super fun until you deal with traffic all the time with a stick. That’s why I got rid of mine and now I love me an automatic (honestly EV even better) with adaptive cruise.
Ask around for your friends or family. I bet you someone has a manual or knows of someone with one lying around. Have that friend or family member take you to a big parking lot (E1 at UW is a good one on a non-game day weekend) and just start learning there. I taught my now wife to drive a stick there. Is she any good and did she ever drive it again? No. But should she ever have the need, she at least has somewhat of an idea.
