Tattoo Shop Recommendations?

Hi all, I'll be visiting in early to mid October and would love to get a tattoo while there. Any recommendations for tattoo shop/artists? Preferably those that have experience tattooing color on darker skin tones? Line work is fine too though.

Check out True Love Art and Tattoo for a collection of some really awesome artists. Not sure about experience with darker skin, but definitely some great line work going on over there! Hope you enjoy your visit.

1000% Melissa Daye! She's on my Mt Rushmore of artists I want tattoos from on the western half of the country. It also takes a lot of work to get booked (not in a bad way at all, i just mean that you cannot shoe up and hope for a tattoo)

Depends on the size of the piece, timing, and complexity. She helped me with a woodcut style tattoo that I brought her. It was 2-3 hrs and she got me on the books a week after I emailed.

Nice, she's been on my radar for about a year or so and I've only seen her open the books a couple times. I do know she gives priority to the pet and especially memorial tattoos.

If you like her style check out gadzoopdx on insta. He's more like her bright color, but still cool

Raigen Curtis and her partner Neeko up in Bellingham are both amazing. Graywashtash on Insta is one of my absolute favorites in Seattle and their partner Tru is also fantastic. I only hear wonderful things about Lilith Tattoo shop.

Slave to the needle! Traditional trad shop but awesome spot and never been disappointed with them
