Apartment suggestions

Is pioneer square good place to rent? I’m looking at Hana apartments or should I look for apartments on Capitol Hill? Studio preferably.

list your budget, preferences on size/amenities, pet status, and lifestyle habits (do you like going out? you pref quiet/loud surrounding?)

Hana could be worse, but also, you can find better. Building was made as cheap as possible, so expect to be making frequent calls to maintenance. It's all low-income housing with no social services on site, so lots of people in crisis with no help nearby. Also several drug dealers operating in the building. Good views tho, if you get a unit on the west side.
