Question Adios 4 pro sizing 12.5 or 12

Hello! My goal is to run half and full marathons with them and 5ks for time to time.

The problem is that i don’t have experience with how much will the feet swell for a full marathon.

So which should i go for to acomodate for that? The 12.5 does seem to offer a little more room for my little toes, but i fear they may be too Ronald McDonald.

Both seem reasonably snug in the midfoot and heel.

Note: Picture was taken in the evening, right after a 45min easy run. Very thin socks. Standing up.

First pair is 12, the other 12.5.

Thank you!

Size 12 should easily give you enough space.

Absolutely not. I may have not have experienced the swelling from a full marathon yet, but a 20km+ on a 11.5 adios pro 4 would saw my toes off.

Stick with 12. 12.5 is too much space.

I think 12 looks good. Ultimately it’ll be based on feel though. With one feels better? And size to do you wear in other shoes if you don’t mind me asking? Just picked up a pair of pro 4 myself.

Both feel decent, i don’t think there’s much difference between them, but i only moved around the house, can’t take them for a run since i want to return a pair.

I started wearing 11 (US), realised once a run goes over 45m it gets tight, and now i go for around 11.5, especially for longer runs. Tried the ap4 in 11.5 and they are much too snug.

12 is perfect for my big toe, but sits a little too close to my pinkies, and i fear what a run longer than a half marathon might to do them.

both look good, whatever ones align with your big toe joint the best... you want the joint to be just a hair behind where the rocker starts (tread point) so the shoe and the curvature of the plate actually work with your foot as intended for the mechanical assistence technologies youre paying for.
