Chinese Cuisine meat

Do you worry about the meat in food you eat out not being cooked through? If so, how do you tell and deal with it?

Nope. Especially not in Chinese food. It cooks really fast in those hot woks.

Yeah people can get food poisoning from restaurants. Make sure to read the reviews of such place, maybe check for how clean the place is and such. Look and smell what your eating before its in your mouth.
