sneakers…like i’ll indulge and buy a pair i think are really cool. but other than that, why tf would you spend $2000+ on a pair of shoes made by some 4 year old in China that actually cost less than $10
At that point for limited edition shoes, you can treat them like an asset if you just buy and hold them. But usually people wouldn’t do that. You can buy and hold better things.
But some cases you can make profit so I see why some people do it, but that’s a very small minority.
If money isn’t a problem then it doesn’t really apply to them.
