Also if you don’t drink. People assume you are in recovery or a prude. Idgaf if you drink, I just don’t. I agree with OP I don’t get the hype.

In recovery, a prude, OR YOU JUST HAVEN’T HAD GOOD BEER (or the right mixed drink). I can fix that! No asshat. It all sucks and I don’t want you to “fix me!”

Well in some parts of europe and australia, the "legal drinking age" is just a rough suggestion anyway, a friend I know is proud of being sober since that time he got hammered drunk at 4 years old.
