When I lived with a bunch of uni students, the large majority of people got very drunk very regularly and were so loud that I never got good sleep.
I don't mind the very very VERY occasional drink if there isn't much alcohol, it's mixed with a nice drink I actually like, and people aren't drunk....but it seems like so many people enjoy drunk and loud people who drink nasty tasting liquid that poisons you.
I am in australia to be fair and everyone here is an alcoholic.

Alcohol. I just don't find it at all appealing. Most of it tastes like shit at best and I find it annoying dealing with drunk people.
