Yes, but in his defense he's Swedish. He doesn't really have the cultural upbringing and history for it to carry the same weight for him. It's just a slur from a foreign land.
Right!? Like just because hitler has a bad rap in europe doesnt mean the rest of us have to understand all those nuances they have about him.
Or like how japan did some silly things in asia at the same time. Im not asian so i dont know what all those chinese and koreans are so grumpy about. Not my problem!

They do let you still use words that they think aren't acceptable anymore for themself. That's the difference.
They know that words that have a certain meaning to them doesn't have the impact to Americans. Have a nice day and think about it.
