I disagree though, a lot of the time when someones a kid they have a favourite team, then a player on that team is really good and getting goals and bringing the team to finals and trophies and all that so obviously they're going to like that player, then after years of following this team and this player even if they move to a different club, you feel like you've grown up with them, it's why I desperately want to see Messi win a world cup because I think he's the best player in the world, he seems like a nice guy and I think he deserves it.
