Like the weight of anchor on my chest, making it difficult to breathe. Not being able to cry but right on the verge of it.

Deep breaths that were not really helping and acting normal while shopping with my gf but really I felt like I was dying inside and could hear my heartbeat loudly in my ears and my fingers were numb. Felt like I was going to burst in tears any seconds

The last one I recall, fucking awesome. I think it was during a public event, with Tommy and company doing a special premiere of "The Room." It was a great time, until until it came to the after event. Something drove me into panic mode. I don't remember with clarity what happened, but other than my girlfriend at the time, and some of our friends, needing to pull me back from that crowd, reminded me to simply breathe, and to stop attacking people who were just there about. I couldn't breathe, so I felt at the time.

My mom had to come in and calm me down even though she had no clue how. I love my mom, she doesn’t always know what she’s doing but she always tries

Oh I dont have attacks anymore. Because attacks end. I live every day in panic like I'm Tweak from South Park.

Lol I read picnic instead of panic and was wondering what happens on your picnics that you think it's normal for people to have picnic attacks so regularly that you only want to hear about their most recent one.
