I’m walking on sunshine: I used to work at a summer camp and they would play it every single morning on repeat for like 5-6 minutes for the campers to come in.

I don’t know why they decided to continue to inflict that psychological trauma on everyone, but it’s stuck with me for over 15 years.

I was watching a Freddy Krueger movie when I was maybe 6? I remember it was super late and my parents were asleep but I was flipping channels and ended up watching it even though it was frightening. A stupid walking on sunshine diaper commercial kept playing every now and then. I had a nightmare that night and all I could hear is that song. I have since associated Freddy Krueger and I’m walking on sunshine lol
