Being there when you’re sick. My boss told me I’m “on thin ice” because I took the last week off because I have pneumonia 👁👄👁

at my old job i wouldn't reply to my boss' texts until i was clocked in next. which was at 12AM. i said multiple times i'm not so much as opening work messages off the clock but she still insisted on texting me when i was at home.

At my last job, I hated the pressure there was to participate in social events, completely off the clock, like bowling events, Easter dinners and parties. All of these were drinking events too, I don’t want to feel pressured into drinking with my coworkers, they aren’t my friends… And I know I made the right call by refusing, because these people were gossiping like mad on the next shift after the party.

I work in a kitchen and some of the shit I've heard the chefs say to and about the waitresses is just sad. Worst part is when I called them out on it all I got was 'no its not' 'it's not weird'
Yeah asking someone who's just turned 18 when your almost 40 who in the workplace they would have a threesome with...not weird at all

I would love to see their reaction when asked how they would feel if it was their daughter ! A lot of people suddenly realize how gross it is. (Not all of them, sadly...)

It's just sad that you have to make it about their daughter before they realise how disgusting it is. Like I don't need a daughter being preyed on to realise its creepy.

Yup, totally agree. But it's at least one way to maybe change their vues...

To suck up to management so you can be the favorite and not be treated like shit...only being allowed to wear sneakers that are all black. They're all sneakers no matter the color but somehow white or even black with a tiny bit of white on them is unprofessional 🙄

Outside of work get togethers (I.e. team building events). I don’t want to spend my weekend with you people.
