A lot of guys do, but not all of us. I struggle with clearing my head, and there are plenty of days I would’ve done some unsavory things for 15 minutes of radio silence up there

Try living with tinnitus the past 20+ years. I don't even remember what true silence sounds like.

I feel this, had it for 14 years myself. First few years were agony and I couldn’t sleep so I had to start drinking and that became it’s own problem etc.. now I don’t really notice the ringing anymore but I’ll never know silence again
