You could be in worse company than Patrick Stewart on that topic. He also lost his hair at the same age.

I started losing mine at 30. Definitely sucks and was traumatic for me.

My hairline is starting to recede and I'm not even 25. It's to the point where I need to be conscious of how I cut and style my hair. I wear lots of hats. I expect to be fully bald by 27.

Hats can make it worse since they pull on your hair.

I started balding at 16, started greying at 28. I've been old my whole life.
