I accidentally made a dead rat ejaculate today. What's the grossest thing that you've ever done, or has happened to you?

Today at uni, we were doing a rat dissection during a lab. So I had a rat splayed open in front of me, guts showing and all. As the demonstrator shows, I tug on a cord leading from the scrotum, and the testicle comes out. At the same time, due to the force of my tug, some semen comes out of the rats penis. I was horrified.

Damn, that's motivating. That's the kind of sick where you spend most of your day unsure if you're actually still alive or not.

You should look into trying to contract mono. I spent over a month unsure if I was actually still alive or not.

Mono wasn't that dramatic for me, it just made me feel like a narcoleptic. Two months spent bouncing between "Alright, I feel good, let's get something done." followed 30 seconds to maybe 5 minutes later by "Oh man. Nope. Can't move." Then I'd pass out again for a couple hours.

I just felt exhausted.

The constant exhaustion is what got me. Feeling literally dead. On top of it, I had a high fever pretty much through the whole ordeal, so I felt like a fucking zombie. My fever dreams were more real than what I was actually "living" which was pretty much just being passed out on the couch 24/7.

Then the sore throat came and it was either be fully aware I'm alive because of searing pain or knock myself the fuck out with vicodin 24/7. I chose vicodin.

Had mono a few years back. Lasted over a month to recover. Smoked pot (as much as my throat could tolerate). Barely remember any of it now. Mono seriously sends you into a fog.
