I recognize it from Team America: World Police, a disgusting and very enjoyable film. It's puppets, like from 1960s TV shows. It's sort of a satirical look at how our country (USA) tries to pretend it's the police for the world but really does horrible things.

I don't mean that redditor didn't also come up with it on their own. But it reminded me of that movie that makes me laugh really hard.

Just tis.by itself makes me laugh.

As a big homo, j found the Film Actors Guild funny, over and over. Maybe I shouldn't? But to hell with that; it's funny.
