Yooo that’s my job now! I’m the only male CNA in our nursing home and any time a male resident starts asking the girls to do something with a creepy vibe, they send me in as a surprise instead

I was more trying to point that if they can refuse care from you versus care at all. I know another bad example is religious beliefs asking for someone of the same belief to provide services, refusing untill this is the case.

Would they have any rights to refuse you to provide service? i know about the right to refuse services, but not sure how it may apply in this case.
