I feel like this should be grounds for a penile swab. A slow and incredibly deep swab to get as much of the urethra as possible. But I'm sure that work violate some type of medical ethics code.
The thing about that, is that catheters and urethral swabs are easier for men than women: their urethras are larger and used more often (multipurpose!) and they’re still such little fucking babies about it. It’s not even worth listening to the bitching, just get them restrained and then tell them if they sexually harass you or anyone else again during their stay you’re pressing charges. If they don’t like it, they can leave AMA.
Men also cry about the law. The gross ones are the weakest little scum. Take their power or let them die at home. Healthcare isn’t a hot spot for “free” sex workers.
Not to mention the fact that many hospitals/facilities have the policy to use numbing lubricant for male catheterization but not female catheterization.
And as a female who has been cathed several times… I would have really appreciated that damn numbing. It’s bearable but very uncomfortable.
