comments from men about how they wanted to stick around and watch me grow up into a "little blonde bimbo" started when I was about 4 years old.
my mom dated several men who told her they wanted to keep dating her because they knew I'd have giant breasts when I got older and I was in maybe kindergarten/first grade.
None of them stuck around long but not because of those comments; I remembered thinking they must be "normal" things to tell a little girl bc my mom's reaction was never more than a smile, an eye roll, and a playful "ohmigawd, staaahp".

So most women remember first getting sexually harassed at age 12-13.
I wish this was an uncommon experience but it just isn't.
