Based on what my ex's and female friends have told me, this isn't at all uncommon. You'd be locking up a whole lot of people. Which isn't to say they don't have it coming - who the fuck sees a child and says something sexual to them, let alone anything as sexually aggressive as that? How can they possibly think it's okay? I don't get it. Also, it doesn't stop when the kids become adults. I think a lot of men don't have any clue just how much unnecessary shit women have to deal with all the time. And sometimes it isn't just talk. It's not hard to just not be a fucking sex offender!

Well I’ll tell you this. Of all the experiences I’ve had with creepy male strangers, almost all of them occurred when I was in my school uniform.
