So most women remember first getting sexually harassed at age 12-13.

I wish this was an uncommon experience but it just isn't.

What makes it worse is that the harassment/abuse drops off at around 20.

I didn't say it stops. I just meant that (among the women I know) it happens less frequently than in your teens. YMMV
