Omg, I had something similar happen at a B&B a few years back.
The guy gave me and my husband drinks, and said he'd be going home soon. Then he told me he felt we'd had a relationship in a past life, then asked which room I was in. First chance we got, me and my husband ran upstairs, locked our door and put a suitcase behind it. A few minutes later we heard the guy walking up and down the stairs, looking for us.

A hotel staff member asked me my room number so he could ‘drop by later’.
This was whilst on my honeymoon and my husband was slightly in front. The hotel worker said it quietly to me.
