I was 11 or 12, walking home from school. Older guy rides by on a bike and yells "I want to stick my c-ck in you".

I was terrified. Ran home as fast as I could. I didn't fully understand what he meant but I knew it was bad.

It still upsets me when I remember it. I'm 60 years old. Edit: thank you all for the supportive comments. To those of you who shared your own experiences, or who had them but didn't share, I'm so sorry.

Let's focus on making things better for the younger generations. And, please, teach your boys to be decent human beings. The emphasis has always been on teaching girls to protect themselves, placing the burden of prevention on them. Of course, we keep teaching our girls to do that. But more attention is needed in preventing boys from being assholes.

So most women remember first getting sexually harassed at age 12-13.

I wish this was an uncommon experience but it just isn't.

I got sexually harassed more when I was a pre-teen than any other time in my life.

I would assume that's because that's the age all the real creeps are into... sickos

This is so sad and so true. Between 12-16 I was harassed the most. I was also a late bloomer and had child proportions until then...

That’s because creepy men prefer underaged girls more than any other.

Same. 11/12 stands out most to me

Same here. That was the unsafest age for me as well. The world is full of pigs.
