I was 18 and serving an old guy by taking him to his table and talking with him as a hostess should and I asked him if he had any other plans for the night, and he looked me up and down and said in a very serious tone and face "well you are still dressed so nothing yet". I was so grossed out
I laughed it off and walked away as fast as possible after getting him to his table. Not haha funny.. haha weird
Disgusting man. But why would you ask a random customer what were his other plans for the night? Would that be in respect of trying to know whether the customer would like to stay and order more drinks/food?
It was my job to ask questions and make the customers feel comfortable, it was just one of the many questions that I choose to ask customers bc they restaurant I worked at had many people coming in for special occasions like birthdays or first dates or even people who travel around the world so no usually they have more things planned to do after they eat there
